Celebrate and have fun
One of the ‘signals’ we live by at Deloitte is ‘celebrate and have fun’. On Thursday my project team went for a dinner to celebrate the successful completion of a large and intense project. Work hard, play hard: play
We have a number of social events which are on all the time at Deloitte – you will hear more about these from reading this blog. The event this Friday is a monthly occurrence called Fly Home Friday (FHF). On FHF all consultants head back to their home office and spend a day together.
